PROYECTO

La propuesta del Proyecto Jean Monnet, «Introducción al Derecho Económico Europeo en la PUCV», consiste en un conjunto de acciones sistemáticas que buscan analizar las instituciones fundamentales del Derecho Europeo, especialmente las referentes a aspectos económicos. Para ello, los profesores José Luis Guerrero y Críspulo Marmolejo, han acordado establecer como ejes centrales del módulo el estudio de la Constitución Económica Europea y la defensa de la competencia en los mercados digitales.

El objetivo principal de este proyecto es investigar el estado actual del Derecho Económico Europeo en estas materias, difundir estos avances en la comunidad académica y analizar su aplicación a los problemas jurídicos en Chile.

Como objetivos secundarios, el proyecto contempla:

Identificar las principales diferencias y similitudes entre el sistema jurídico chileno y el Derecho Económico Europeo.

Analizar los posibles obstáculos jurídicos, sociales y culturales que puedan impedir la aplicación de criterios o soluciones europeas a los problemas jurídico-económicos en Chile.

Generar artículos a publicar en revistas indexadas, destinados a informar sobre los resultados de la investigación propuesta.

Main objective

The main objective of this project is to investigate the current state of European Economic Law in these matters, disseminating these advances in the academic community and analyzing their application to legal problems in Chile.

Secondary objectives

As secondary objectives, the project contemplates:

Identify the main differences and similarities between the Chilean legal system and European Economic Law.

Analyse the possible legal, social, and cultural obstacles that may prevent the application of European criteria or solutions to legal-economic problems in Chile.

Generate articles to be published in indexed journals, intended to report on the results of the proposed research.

The Jean Monnet Project proposal, “Introduction to European Economic Law in the PUCV”, consists of a set of systematic actions that aim to analyze the fundamental institutions of European Law, especially those referring to economic aspects. For these purposes, the applicants, Professor José Luis Guerrero and Professor Críspulo Marmolejo, have agreed to establish as central points of the module the study of the European Economic Constitution and the defense of competition in digital markets.
